Please note that we do not offer an automated deletion option. All deletion requests must be submitted manually by contacting our support team. Follow the steps below to request data deletion.

How to Request Data Deletion

  • Include the following information in your email:

  • A statement confirming that you wish to delete all personal data associated with your account

Confirmation of Receipt
  • Once your email is received, our support team will verify your account and send you a confirmation email acknowledging the deletion request.

Completion of the Deletion Process
  • After verifying your identity and confirming your request, our support team will manually delete your personal data from our primary databases.
