User data deletion

If you decide you no longer want to share your information with our web application, you can request that all of your data be removed from our systems. Please note that we do not offer an automated deletion option. All deletion requests must be submitted manually by contacting our support team. Follow the steps below to request data deletion.

How to Request Data Deletion

Prepare Your Request

• In your message, please include a brief explanation stating that you would like to delete all of your personal data from our systems.

Submit a Manual Deletion Request

• Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request
• Include the following information in your email:
• Your account identifier (or the email address associated with your account)
• A statement confirming that you wish to delete all personal data associated with your account
• Any additional verification information that may help us to locate and validate your account

Confirmation of Receipt

• Once your email is received, our support team will verify your account and send you a confirmation email acknowledging the deletion request.
• The confirmation email will provide a reference number and an estimated timeline for completing the deletion (typically within [specify time frame, e.g., 30 days]).

Completion of the Deletion Process

• After verifying your identity and confirming your request, our support team will manually delete your personal data from our primary databases.
• Please note that anonymized or aggregated data used solely for reporting and analytics purposes may be retained in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Submitting a deletion request will permanently remove your account and all associated personal information from our systems. Should you decide to use our services in the future, you will be required to create a new account.
